The Association has two categories of membership, namely:

  • A contractor member being a bona fide cleaning contractor.
  • A supplier member being a bona fide supplier to the industry of equipment, chemicals, consumables or any other organisation that provides allied services to the industry.

By completing the appropriate membership application form as provided on the website, and sending it to the appropriate regional branch Secretary.

Start-up companies can become members if they do not have cleaning staff yet, based on the same membership criteria being met as specified on the membership application.

A letter of membership will be issued instead of a Membership certificate.

The process generally takes 5 – 7 working days.

As each regional branch is autonomous, the cost varies from region to region.

A payment is only requested once the membership form has been processed and an invoice sent to the contact person of the company.

All payments are accepted via EFT.

There are training programmes available to assist start up businesses, the following is advised:

  • Basic business skills – if you have no experience of running a business before.
  • Estimating and tendering.
  • Knowledge of equipment used.
  • Knowledge of chemicals used.

Please contact the appropriate regional branch secretary for information on accredited providers of the above courses.

Your certificate will display both your membership ref ID.

This allows clients and tender RFP’s to easily search the NCCA membership database, confirming your membership.
