Following the Department of Employment and Labour’s Gazette release on 9th February, announcing the receipt of the Regional Bargaining Council application, no objections were received.
Consequently, NEDLAC has approved the application, and the NCCA is currently in the verification process with the Department of Employment and Labour to finalize the application.
This milestone brings us one step closer to achieving our goal of a Regional Bargaining Council. Stay tuned for further updates.
